Prior to joining Chaberton, Arthur spent over 5 years at Korn Ferry, conducting international searches in the BtoB Manufacturing markets, with a focus in the Aerospace and Automotive sectors until becoming Senior Associate. He previously served as a Consultant for Deloitte Consulting, where he worked with the Executive team search focusing on both national and international research projects.

His primary objective is to connect clients with qualified candidates, who align with their organizational objectives and culture, prioritizing building long-term and collaborative relationships.

Arthur has a solid knowledge of the industrial sector and demonstrated his ability to identify and engage with senior leaders across a variety of functions, finding the right fit and competences to attract exceptional talents for his clients.

Arthur holds a bachelor's degree in Global business from Conventry University and a master’s degree in Management and Economics from Panthéon-Assas Université
