Arnaud Schmitt

Arnaud Schmitt is a Senior Manager and leads the Corporate Functions and Finance practices in Western Switzerland within the Industry & Services Sector at Chaberton Professionals.

He started his professional career in the Life Science recruitment industry in Switzerland, where he focused primarily on technical searches for top-tier client across Europe.

In 2017, he moved to Geneva and joined an international recruitment leader to further develop the Industrial & Service Finance practice in Western Switzerland. 

Three years later, he launched other Finance Divisions (Commodity Trading, Banking, and Financial Services) as well as leading teams across several other corporate practices.

Throughout the years, Arnaud has successfully built a strong track record in advising clients in the Industrial and Services companies, ranging from renowned startups to large blue-chip multinational, covering different level of seniority within the Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Legal and Audit departments, in Western Switzerland. 

Born and raised in Paris, Arnaud is French and Swiss. He graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management in Switzerland, and a Master’s degree in International Business and Finance in the USA. 

During his studies, he had the chance to gain experiences by working for different companies based in Spain,China, United Kingdom, and Czech Republic.
