Angélique Cochand

Angélique Cochand is a Senior Consultant for the Engineering and Operations practice at Chaberton Professionals. 

Angélique began her professional career in the tourism sector and later specialized in human resources, specifically recruitment. Therefore, she joined a recruitment firm in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, where she focused primarily on recruiting technical expert and managerial profiles in the engineering and industrial operations sectors.

In 2021, she joined a non-profit foundation and was involved in launching a project to assist people over 50 who had exhausted their unemployment benefits in their job search. This opportunity allowed her to develop strong skills in support and counselling, aimed at ensuring the continuity of her candidates' careers. Always closely connected to the field, Angélique was very active with local companies and organized networking events to foster connections between candidates and businesses.

The synergy of the skills acquired in recruitment firms and professional insertion coaching, enhanced by her HR Swiss Certificate and ability to analyse individuals, enables her to have a 360-degree vision of recruitment processes.

Today, for Angélique, putting people at the centre of her professional activity is essential. That's why she decides to join Chaberton, where she is primarily active in the French-speaking part of Switzerland recruiting middle to top management profiles in the technical fields.

Angélique has Swiss and Brazilian nationalities, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and an HR Swiss Certificate by HRSE. She speaks fluent French, Portuguese, and has good knowledge of English.
