Andrea Giudici

Andrea Giudici is an equity partner at Chaberton Partners, spearheading Board Advisory Services and the Digital and Technology as well as Financial Services practices.

Andrea's rich consulting background across North America, the UK, and Europe has been been pivotal in guiding organizations through fast-paced market changes and building executive teams and boards.

Before joining Chaberton Partners, Andrea held the position of Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates in Milan. In this capacity, he made significant contributions to the Financial Services, Technology and Digital, and Fintech sectors. His collaborative efforts with clients—both regional and global—were instrumental in shaping senior leadership teams equipped to embrace change and thrive amid competition.

Prior to that role, Andrea was with the Boston Consulting Group in Boston and Milan. As a Principal, Andrea drove strategic transformations across commercial banking, asset and investment management, and digital innovation. He served on the Career Development Committee for Italy, Greece, Turkey, and previously Boston, and co-authored several BCG publications. Before BCG, Andrea spent six years with Unicredit in various project management and expert roles across Milan, Warsaw, and Prague.

Andrea's academic credentials include an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Andrea speaks fluent Italian and English.
