She also spent time travelling across Australia, Indonesia, and South Asia, further refining her fluent English alongside her native French.
With 7 years of experience in recruitment, Alice began her career in an independent recruitment agency in Paris, focusing on middle-management roles in the Industrial and Engineering sectors. She later joined Saint-Gobain’s headquarters as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where she handled Engineering, R&D, Marketing, and Sales positions.
