Alice Ferri is a Senior Principal and leads the Finance and HR practices across multiple industries within the Italian and EMEA market for Chaberton Professionals. She joined Chaberton Professionals in 2020.
Early in her career, Alice had the opportunity to work for Banca Generali, within their Private Banking division. Later, she moved to HR Consultancy in 2007, in charge of the start-up of the Finance Specialty for a multinational company focused on temporary employment. In 2014 she joined one of the leading international recruitment firms, where she entered and further developed the Finance practice in Italy. Since 2020 she has covered a key role at Chaberton Professionals first as a Senior Manager until becoming Senior Principal for Finance and HR Practice, in charge of the most strategic consultancy projects.
Throughout the years, Alice built a strong track record servicing both local companies as well as international corporates covering the different levels of seniority within the HR Departments, as well as Accounting, Controlling, Tax, and Internal Audit/Compliance functions. She is recognized as a trusted partner to her clients thanks to her qualitative approach and deep understanding of the business needs and strategies.
Born in Turin, Alice graduated in Science of Communications at the University of Torino, in 2012, she gained a Master in HR Management. She is also a Certified Assessor; in 2021 she achieved an ACTP Executive Coaching Certification.
