Alexandra Fritz is Recruiting Manager at Chaberton Professionals in Vienna, where she focuses on Management Search across the DACH region.

Trained as a Foreign Language Correspondent, Alexandra began her professional career in renowned law firms in Munich before relocating to Vienna, where she worked in demanding, international business environments. This experience allowed her to develop a strong understanding of organizational dynamics, business operations, and the importance of identifying and developing high-caliber talent.

Driven by her interest in people and business, Alexandra transitioned into Management Search, specializing in the identification and recruitment of experienced professionals across different industries and functions. Throughout her career, she has successfully delivered search mandates for both established organizations and fast-growing businesses.

She is recognized for her ability to understand clients’ strategic needs, identify qualified professionals, and build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and professionalism. Her international background, combined with her German and Croatian roots, enables her to bring a multicultural perspective to her work with clients and candidates.

Alexandra is currently pursuing an MBA in General Business Administration. She is fluent in German, English, Croatian, and Spanish.
