Alessia Pritoni

Alessia Pritoni is a Principal for the Engineering & Operations practice. 

She joined Chaberton Professionals at the beginning of 2021 with the aim of bringing strong skills within the Group in the fields of Manufacturing, Operations, Project Management, Logistics and Supply Chain, positioning as a Principal on Strategic Profiles and Projects as well as in the field of talent acquisition. 

Alessia gained her experience at a multinational HR Solutions company covering transversal roles of Recruiting, Head Hunting Business Development, and Project Management collaborating with various multinational and corporate Groups.

In the same company, she had the opportunity to manage and playing different roles in the development of the Recruiting Business: from the start-up of the branches in Moscow and St. Petersburg in Russia to the Management of the Branches in Italy on the Search and Selection of Specialized profiles and Middle management. She consolidates the skills of Middle and Top Management on the practice Engineering, Manufacturing and Projects for HR Solutions. As a manager, she oversees the hiring, onboarding, and headhunting processes for both domestic and foreign global projects in the automation, automotive, and industrial industries.

Alessia graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Turin and holds a Master in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi.
