Adriano holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Naples and a Master of Science in International Business & Management from Alliance Manchester Business School.

His career began in 2014 as a Sales Representative at an innovative startup in Rome. In 2015, he relocated to Manchester (UK), where he launched and led the Italian branch of a multinational headhunting firm, developing relationships with clients and candidates, leading teams of professionals, and overseeing operational and strategic activities. In this role, he contributed to the company's transformation from an early-stage startup to a structured and market-recognized scale-up.
