Tim Alexander Lüdke appointed new Senior Partner & Advisor

Lugano, 9 December 2024 – Chaberton Partners, a leading Executive Search and Board Advisory firm, continues its growth journey by strengthening its team with the appointment of Tim Alexander Lüdke as Senior Partner & Advisor.

Tim Lüdke, a German national, brings solid international experience as both a consultant and manager across France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria and Italy. His career includes roles in companies and groups such as Heidrick & Struggles, Russell Reynolds, Nemetschek, Dell Computers and General Electric, as well as experience across several sectors including IT, payments, industrial automation, healthcare and professional services. Over the years, he has led M&A operations, expansion into new markets and the development of technology solutions.

Lüdke’s arrival follows an important milestone in Chaberton Partners’ growth journey: the acquisition, completed in November, of a majority stake in Ganci Partners, one of Switzerland’s leading firms in executive search for top management and C-level roles. The transaction created one of the top three Executive Search players in Switzerland.

Since its foundation in 2017, Chaberton Partners has grown rapidly, positioning itself among the leading Executive Search and Board Advisory firms in Europe. The company recorded revenues of approximately €30 million in 2023, a significant increase compared with €20 million in 2022 and €10.8 million in 2021. Growth is expected to continue in 2024, with the company forecasting revenues of €40 million.

Chaberton Partners aims to continue expanding in Italy, France and German-speaking Switzerland, while extending its operations into other European countries, starting with Germany.
