More than 130 Chaberton Partners professionals united in the ascent of Mount Chaberton (3,131 m)

A collective achievement that becomes a powerful expression of the company’s values: determination, team spirit and shared vision

Cesana Torinese (TO), November 2025 – On 11 October, 136 professionals from Chaberton Partners, a European consulting and executive search firm with more than 250 employees and 13 offices across the continent, took on the ascent of Mount Chaberton (3,131 m) together, the iconic peak that inspired the company’s founding and its very name.

Starting from Claviere (1,800 m), participants covered a total distance of 17 kilometres with 1,300 metres of positive elevation gain, reaching the summit after approximately five hours of hiking. At the top, 85 colleagues shared a symbolic photo representing not only a physical achievement, but also an authentic way of conveying the values on which Chaberton builds its identity: shared commitment, mutual trust and the ability to look upwards together.

According to Chaberton Partners CEO Christian Vasino: 

“The summit is not an individual goal, but the result of a collective effort. The first time we climbed Chaberton, there were three of us. Today, 85 of us reached the summit and more than 130 set off together: it is a symbol of how much our organisation has grown, both in size and in spirit.”

Now in its eighth edition, the ascent has become a form of experiential and collective communication through which Chaberton Partners tells its story: a European team that turns its values into concrete action. The mountain is not only part of the company’s name, but also a founding value: determination, collaboration and vision.

“The mountain puts everyone on the same level: partners, consultants and staff. The only way to reach the top is by helping one another. That is exactly what we try to do every day in our work.”

According to available research, no other company in Europe has ever organised a hiking event above 3,000 metres with a comparable number of participants: a record that brings together performance, symbolism and communication, strengthening the connection between results and human spirit.
