Loïk Provost

Loïk Provost is a Senior Consultant for the Banking & Financial Services practice at Chaberton Professionals.

Loïk started his professional career in the Investment Banking industry, where he was supporting a Member of the Executive Committee in daily operations related to strategy and management of his Department. 

In 2021, he joined an international recruitment agency in Geneva focusing on recruitments for Corporate Finance, Commodity Trading and Banking profiles across Western Switzerland, while developing a growing interest and passion for strategic recruitments. 

Loïk decided to embark on an entrepreneurial challenge in May 2022, and joined Chaberton Professionals where he built the Banking & Financial Services division and contributed to the growth of Geneva’s office. Loïk is mainly active in the Private Banking sector, recruiting middle to senior management profiles in Switzerland and across Europe. 

Born and raised in Brittany, Loïk graduated from Sciences Po Rennes and holds a master’s degree in management. He speaks fluent French, English, and a good base of Chinese.
