Cécile Gautschi

Cécile Gautschi is a Manager for the Life Science & Healthcare practice at Chaberton Professionals, where she supports both Swiss and International clients on middle management search and Human Capital solutions projects.

Cécile started her professional career at one of the leading international recruitment firms in Zurich. She was responsible for building a division focusing on large international companies to establish long-term partnerships for interim projects.  Her clients were mainly the major Life Sciences players in Switzerland, which allowed her to gain a deep understanding of the industry and the different roles related to it. 

Throughout the years, Cécile built a strong track record in recruiting technical roles and her core areas include Quality, Clinical Development, Analytical development, and Process Experts. 

She is recognized as a trusted partner to her clients thanks to her qualitative approach, her agility, in delivery and her understanding of the life sciences industry. 

Cécile is a Swiss National from Bern. She graduated from the École Hotelière de Lausanne, did a certificate of advanced studies in strategic Human Capital Management and an MBA. She is fluent in Swiss-German, English, French and Spanish.
