Barbara Targa

Barbara joined Chaberton Partners in 2022 as Client Partner for Industrial and Consumer Practices.

Studying Political Science in Padua, Barbara is certified Hogan, Thomas International also being AICF Coach.

She has over 25 years of experience and has developed her expertise in the world of Executive Search, Leadership Assessment and Coaching in several Consultancy companies such as Elan, Key2People and EXS.  Characterized by strong pragmatism and entrepreneurial spirit, she has been involved in the start-up of subsidiaries and the transformation of companies in the role of Partner and Managing Director, through business integration. 

Barbara collaborates with and assists small, medium and large companies in the Industrial and Consumer sectors, supporting them in managerial transformations and generational succession, through Executive Search projects both at national and international level and Leadership Advisory services.

Her main purpose is aimed at Companies and Managers/C-Levels, in the promotion of cultural and organizational changes, thus capable of expressing an evolution with a view to improvement and innovation, always keeping the Person at the Centre
