Déborah Tissot

Déborah Tissot is Senior Manager for the Construction & Real Estate practice at Chaberton Professionals since March 2026.

She started her professional career in a recruitment consultancy industry in 2019, specializing in Construction & Property roles across the Swiss market, developing her expertise in permanent placements within technical sectors.

Over the years, she took on increasing responsibilities, advancing from Consultant to Senior Team Leader. In these roles she managed teams, developed client portfolios and led recruitment activities across Construction, Property, Engineering, and Supply Chain in French-speaking Switzerland. She also contributed to the structuring and growth of business units, supporting directly to their performance and expansion. 

Dèborah brings over 6 years of experience in the Swiss recruitment market, with a deep expertise in Construction and Real Estate, particularly across civil engineering, structural works, general contracting, architecture firms, and finishing works.

She is recognized for her resilience and determination, combined with a strong commitment to client and candidate satisfaction, consistently delivering tailored and high-quality solutions. 

Déborah holds a Master’s degree in Sales Management & Business Engineering from IDRAC Business School. During her studies, she gained international exposur, further strengthening her adaptability and cross-cultural understanding.

Born in France, Déborah speaks fluent French and English.
