IDENTIFICATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE CANDIDATE SHORTLIST
We identify a significant list of candidates in line with the role sought to provide the client with a host of options
We contact potential candidates to verify their interest in the position and the possible motivation for change
We conduct in-depth interviews, we evaluate abilities and acquired skills
We shortlist the best profiles in terms of skills and motivation (hard & soft skills)
TO THE CLIENT
We supply an updated CV and detailed assessment report for each candidate.
We share haring with the client the candidates’ professional experience, skills, qualifications and earning expectations
In-depth analysis of each candidate’s track record of achieved results, KPIs and success stories
Upon request, the consultant supports the client in conducting interviews at their headquarters
We support our client’s final selection by conducting a reference check for the top candidates.
We provide assistance and intermediation during the delicate salary and contractual terms negotiation phase to ensure that both the client’s and candidate’s expectations are met.
We regularly contact the selected candidate and the client during the transition phase.
Satisfaction surveys are conducted at the client’s premises to improve service and refine our approach.
We perform a periodic follow-up with the candidate and the client, even after the hiring, to monitor progress during the transition phase.
We offer coaching activities and candidate assistance during the integration phase within the company
We contact the client for an evaluation of the integration of the selected candidate
