NEEDS ANALYSIS AND DEFINITION OF THE SELECTION PROCESS PRIORITIES

  • Acquisition of in-depth knowledge of the business environment, current and future organizational needs through meetings at the client’s premises
  • Definition of position requirements and analysis of the relevant market
  • Development of a job description in line with the characteristics of the role
  • Selective process customization based on the identification of client priorities

STRATEGY

Headhunting
Profile scouting conducted on the basis of the company environment, competitor companies, specific sectors and geographical location in order to identify candidates in line with client expectations

Contact with candidates within our operating systems

Identification of profiles from shared networks and market information

IDENTIFICATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE CANDIDATE SHORTLIST

  • Identification of a significant list of candidates in line with the role sought in order to provide the client with a host of options
  • Contact with potential candidates in order to verify their interest in the position and the possible motivation for change
  • Conducting in-depth interviews by evaluating abilities and acquired skills
  • Definition of the short-list consisting of the best profiles in terms of skills and motivation (hard & soft skills)

PRESENTATION
OF CANDIDATES
TO THE CLIENT

  • For each candidate, presentation of updated CV and detailed assessment report
  • Sharing with the client the professional experience, skills, qualifications and remuneration expectations of the candidate
  • In-depth analysis of each candidate’s dossiers with documents related to results achieved, KPIs and success stories
  • Upon request, the consultant supports the client in conducting interviews at their headquarters

5.

FINALIZATION
SEARCH

  • For finalist candidates, detailed references are collected from previous employers in order to support the client in their final choice
  • Assistance and intermediation in the delicate negotiation phase of remuneration and contractual terms in order to meet the expectations of the candidate and the client
  • Regular contact with the placed candidate and the client during the transition phase
  • Satisfaction surveys conducted at the client’s premises in order to improve service and refine approach
  • Periodic follow-up with candidate and client, even after the conclusion of the placement, in order to monitor progress during the transition phase

6.

FOLLOW UP

  • Coaching activities and candidate assistance during the integration phase in the company 
  • Regular contacts with the client for the evaluation of the integration of the placed candidate
