Erika Perez

Erika Perez leads the CFO Practices of Chaberton Partners' and is also a member of the Industrial practice.

Erika advises clients at publicly listed companies, family-owned companies, and private equity-backed businesses to support them through critical phases, such as executive leadership talent acquisition, succession and generational transitions, re-structuring, and turnaround.

Erika holds a master’s degree in enterprise management, Finance, and Accounting from SDA Bocconi. Her career began in the Human Resources Department of Fiat Gesco, a company of the Fiat Group, where she was responsible for recruitment, talent development, and people management.

She was involved in the start-up of Robert Half International in Italy, where she supported the CFO Practice's development and assisted clients with their expansion and internationalization.

Erika’s expertise developed further at an international recruitment firm, where she led the Executive Division of Italy. She held a key position with ITT Corporation - Motion Technologies as the HR and Communications Director for Southern Europe.

At EXAR, she moved to a General Management role and was involved in many projects focused on Diversity and Inclusion.

As CFO practice leader, Erika has initiated several initiatives to research and debate the Transformation of the CFO role beyond Finance, in partnership with leading organizations such as ANDAF. This work involves research on the competencies and behaviors required by modern CFO’s and the requirements to build next generation financial leaders.
