Thomas Sroussi

Thomas Sroussi is a Senior Director and the Head of Chaberton Professionals' office in Geneva. Since January 2022, he manages the development of Chaberton Professionals activities in the French speaking part of Switzerland. He is also managing operationally our Sales & Marketing Practice.

Thomas has spent the last 20 years supporting organizations to find their talents. From Geneva and Lausanne, he had led within an international recruitment agency several practices for Middle and Senior Management  profiles reaching all industries. Growing from a Consultant to a Director level, he could develop recruitment consulting teams in: Sales & Marketing, Banking and Financial Services, Procurement & Supply Chain, Healthcare & Life sciences, Property & Construction, Engineering, Interim Management,... 

Thomas also worked 5 years in Swiss leading companies in Career Transition and Career Development supporting companies to align their talent and their needs. 

Born near Paris, Thomas graduated from two Master degrees in Business and marketing. He is working in the Swiss recruitment market for more than 16 years.
