Laurent Da Silva

As Managing Director for Chaberton Professionals in France, Laurent Da Silva is leading the expansion of Chaberton’s management search and executive interim management businesses in France, bringing over two decades of expertise in the recruitment industry.

Laurent Da Silva's career began at Korn Ferry, where he held the position of General Manager of Futurestep for five years. Between 2011 and 2022 Laurent was a Vice President within Adecco Group, in charge of the growth of Badenoch+Clark and Spring (LHH), leading operations in France and the Benelux.

Between January 2020 and December 2021, Laurent also held the position of Vice-President of APEC, drawing from his knowledge of the managerial employment sector. Laurent then joined Linkedin as Director for their Talent Solutions in France. 

Since February 2023, Laurent Da Silva is leading the development of the Chaberton Professionals teams in France, with a focus on delivering high quality solutions for middle and senior management searches and executive interim management roles.

Laurent has an academic foundation in law, complemented by advanced studies in business and management at ESSEC.
