Alfons Röhrenbacher

Alfons Röhrenbacher is a Senior Principal at Chaberton Professionals.

He started his professional career in a state-owned steel production company with a focus on recruiting and mentoring of executives abroad. After 3 years, he moved to the Board Member Administration & HR to support the team and the staff in special HR related projects.

In 1987, Alfons joined Neumann International, where he worked on Executive Search projects  in Vienna. In his 26-year experience in this boutique, Alfons started his career as a Consultant and expanded his role gaining more responsibilities and becoming Managing Director Austria, and ultimately Equity Partner on a group level.

In 2011, he moved to ManpowerGroup, initially as a Senior Consultant, becoming a Director at Experis in 2017. 

Alfons joined Chaberton Professionals in July 2022 as a Senior Principal for the DACH region, based in Vienna with a focus across multiple industries.

Alfons graduated in Management & Economics at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.
