Graduated in Law at the University of Torino, Italy, Christian Vasino worked in a Law firm before entering in the area of human resources. In 1999 he joined GATE S.p.A. (part of United Technologies Group) and became Recruiting, Training and Development Manager Italy.
He joined Iveco and was afterwards promoted HR Director for the biggest bus manufacturing plant in Italy, located in the South. Christian joined Adecco Italy as HR Director, based in Milan in December 2003. In this capacity he signed the first ever national agreement with the Unions of the temporary employment sector and contributed to reduce significantly the internal staff turnover.
In 2005 he was asked to join the Adecco Corporate Headquarter in Switzerland as Vice-President Group Human Resources.
In 2007 he was promoted to the Group Chief HR Officer role and Member of the Adecco Group Executive Committee, in charge of developing and driving the people strategy in all different businesses of the Adecco Group. He has been board member of the Talent Mobility Practice of the World Economic Forum for three years starting in 2011.
He joined Pirelli in January 2014 as the Chief HR Officer of the Group reporting to the CEO & Chairman, contributing to the successful turnaround.
Christian founded Chaberton Partners in 2016 and is now leading its growth focusing on selected CEO and Board assignments.
Born in Milan and grown up between Italy and UK, Massimo has got a degree in Law at Catholic University of Milan, followed by a Master in HR and Organization at SDA Bocconi. Lives in Lugano and is fluent in Italian, English and French.
He has spent the first part of his career across experiences in HR at RCS MediaGroup, Kraft-Mondelez and Coca-Cola, in charge of recruitment, organization development, merge and integration projects.
From 1998 to 2003 as HRD L’Oréal he has led the integration process among the different Divisions in Italy.
Since 2004 he operates in Executive Search, Assessment and Advisory, with a main focus on Consumer Sector, following senior international assignments for a wide range of multinational and entrepreneurial Companies.
He has been a Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates, Eric Salmon & Partners and Korn Ferry and has a particular expertise in FMCG, Cosmetics, Retail, Media and Sport, plus a functional focus on Human Resources.
He is regarded as a trusted advisor by many executives and Companies and he is frequently asked to expresso his advice through speeches, lectures and articles about organization, career development and human capital.
Since 2018 he has joined Chaberton Partners as Senior Client Partners in charge of Consumer Sector internationally.

Giuseppe brings to Chaberton over 15 years of multi industry experience.
After his degree at Bocconi University in 2001, he joined EY with a Strategy Consultant role, delivering projects to key clients in the consulting and financial sector. He became Manager in 2006
In 2007 Giuseppe joined the recruitment industry, succeeding for more than 10 years. He started with middle management positions, then moved to the Executive Search Practice of a leading global Recruitment and Executive Search firm. He will lead the future growth of Chaberton Partners in the Legal, Professional and Financial Services sectors.
Riccardo Florio joined Chaberton Partners in April 2017. He leads the brand Chaberton Professionals with a cross functional scope both on geographical side and from a “practices” point of view
He is responsible for Switzerland, Italy, Spain and Portugal covering the Industrial practice, with a focus on Chemicals, Machinery & Industrial Technology, Automotive, Logistics & Supply Chain market segments as well as Pharmaceutical and Consumer goods’ one.
Prior to joining Chaberton Partners, Riccardo served for five years as the responsible of the industrial practice in Italy for an international middle management search firm, positioned himself as a trusted point of contact for customers that are look for excelling in their competitive arena as well as strengthening and reinforcing their image and brand identity in accordance with their performance.
Riccardo earned an MSc in Management from the University Luigi Bocconi in Milan, after a degree in International Economics and Finance within the same University. He had the chance to complete his academic background, attending useful period abroad at University of New York and University of New South Wales in Sydney. His native language is Italian, and he is fluent in English.
Born in Salerno in 1983 and raised in Milan, Gianluca Scarpa began his work experience at the CUS (University sports center) as Head of the sports areas of the University of Milan. After studying Law, Gianluca in January 2011 joined an international company operating in Recruitment, specializing in Finance profiles.
In five years, thanks to a managerial growth and to great business results , he initially took on the role of Manager and subsequently Senior Manager and Head of the division; he was also in charge of the start-up of the Tax & Legal division. In October 2016, within the same group, he was given the responsibility of the Banking & Insurance, Tax & Legal and HR divisions focusing on Middle Management profiles.
In September 2017, Gianluca was appointed as Head of Assessment, enlarging his area of business to Human Capital Consulting Services. Gianluca joined Chaberton Partners in October 2018, taking the leadership of Finance, Banking & Insurance divisions for Chaberton Professionals . He will contribute also to the development of Chaberton Advisory.
