Nicolas Blanchet

Nicolas holds an engineering degree in Materials Science, as well as a Master’s degree in Solid-State Chemistry.

He began his career in heavy industry, first in R&D and then in factory process engineering, before transitioning into a business engineering role, designing industrial units for an American company specializing in ion exchange resins.

In 2011, he entered the recruitment industry with an Anglo-Saxon firm before spending ten years at Badenoch & Clark. In 2024, at a turning point in his professional life, Nicolas decided to join Chaberton Professionals.

For nearly fifteen years, he has specialized in recruiting technical experts and senior executives across various industries, including aerospace, automotive, defense, space, special machinery, and process industries.

His technical background and deep understanding of advanced industrial production processes allow him to quickly grasp the key requirements of the assignments entrusted to him. Additionally, he relies on a strong network of experts built over the past fifteen years, as well as his ability to foster meaningful relationships with them.
