Filippo Malavasi

Filippo Malavasi is a Director at Chaberton Professionals, being the Head of the Financial Services & Real Estate and Finance practices.

Filippo joined Chaberton Professionals in April 2021, where he started as a Senior Manager for the Banking & Real Estate practice and developed his role and activities becoming Executive Manager and Director in January 2024, spreading his focus to the Banking & Real Estate and Finance practice leading a team that plays a crucial role in the entire Banking, Insurance ,Consulting Financial Services and Real estate’s contest. 

After some first experience in Sales and Marketing as a consultant, in 2014, Filippo got closer to the headhunting world with his first professional experience in an international company dealing with research and selection, starting as a Consultant for the Banking and Financial Services practice gaining more and more responsibilities. 

Over the years, Filippo has built a solid track record assisting both Italian and international Banking & Consulting company, following process of search and selection in middle & top management. 

He is recognized as a trusted partner to its customers thanks to his qualitative approach and deep knowledge of the Investment Banking, Insurance, Financial Services and Real Estate sector. 

Filippo graduated in Economics and Management at the Univeristà Bocconi in Milan.
