Luca Berton is a Principal in the IT & Digital practice, managing complex and highly qualitative projects at Chaberton Professionals since 2022.
He began his professional career within the IT department of Ericsson as a developer, exploring the world of programming and approaching different languages.
He then entered the world of Recruiting within a prestigious multinational sector leader, where he took his first steps as a headhunter in IT & Digital. In 2013, thanks to his IT background and his strong inclination towards building relationships and delivering value to clients, he moved to Internet Service Providers as a Sales Manager where he was in charge of sales and pre-sales activities for Cloud solutions, and the creation of the commercial structure. In 2016, he joined a fast-growing multinational company in the field of Recruiting, to create and lead the IT & Digital practice, developing a team of 10 people in Lombardy.
Luca started at Chaberton Professionals in June 2019 with the role of Executive Manager of the IT & Digital practice, building and developing a team of 7 People in Southern Europe.
Luca holds a bachelor’s degree in Digital Communication and Multimedia from Università degli Studi di Milano.
