Christian Vasino
Christian Vasino is the Founder and CEO of Chaberton Partners. Christian leads the growth of the business and takes an active role in high-profile CEO and Board assignments.
Christian's career began in law before shifting to human resources in 1991, starting as Recruiting, Training and Development Manager for GATE S.p.A., under the United Technologies Group. In 2001, he took on the HR Manager role at Irisbus Italy (Fiat Group), eventually becoming the HR Director for Italy's largest bus manufacturing plant.
In 2003, Christian joined Adecco Italy as HR Director. Christian was asked to join the corporate headquarters in Switzerland in 2005 as Vice-President Group Human Resources. By 2007, he was promoted to Group Chief HR Officer and became a member of the Executive Committee. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in making Adecco Group a top workplace in Europe.
Christian Vasino also served as a board member for the World Economic Forum's Talent Mobility Practice from 2011 to 2014. He joined Pirelli in 2014 as Chief HR Officer, contributing to the company's turnaround.
In 2017, Christian Vasino founded Chaberton Partners, drawing on his extensive experience and deep insights into executive leadership and talent strategy. His vision was to redefine executive search and board advisory with a distinctive value proposition. Under his leadership Chaberton has experienced swift expansion, earning a reputation for innovative strategies and a commitment to excellence.
