Tolga Cakmak

Born and raised in Vienna, Tolga began his professional career as a bank clerk—a role he chose due to his strong interest in the financial sector. Over the course of his career, he specialized in real estate and project financing, which sparked his passion for the field. He later worked as a real estate project developer, overseeing the entire lifecycle of property development projects.

Wanting to make even better use of his strong communication skills in his work, Tolga decided to transition into recruitment. In this role, he specialized in the Finance/Banking as well as IT and SAP sectors. With a solid foundation in finance and a strong interest in technological innovation, he is always eager to grow his knowledge and take on new challenges.

Tolga holds a Bachelor's degree in European Economics and Business Management. The theoretical knowledge he gained during his studies, combined with his hands-on professional experience, provided a strong base for his work in consulting. With his open and communicative personality, he has built lasting business relationships and continuously expanded his network across various industries.
