Christel Bec

Christel Bec is a Senior Consultant at Chaberton Professionals Paris, where she brings her extensive experience in recruitment, executive search, and her knowledge of the human resources function and the financial services sector.

After starting her career in Financial Auditing, Christel transitioned to recruitment consulting, rapidly advancing through roles that broadened her responsibilities and deepened her impact. Her career path then took her into corporate HR, where she grew her expertise in talent acquisition and strategy as an HR Director within a leading banking group and subsequently in various start-up environments.

End of 2022, Christel embraced the opportunity to return to her primary passion for executive search, playing a key role in the inauguration of Chaberton Professionals' French operations in February 2023. 

Her career is marked by a hands-on approach to tackling operational challenges, enabling her to provide invaluable support to managers and executives facing complex strategic HR challenges. Christel's comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics and her ability to align with client cultures enable her to attract the best talent for her clients, while ensuring a match with the values and objectives of each client.

Christel is an alumnus of Toulouse Business School (TBS), holding a Master's degree in Management.
