Davide Cefis

Davide Cefis is a Senior Client Partner at Chaberton Partners

Before joining Chaberton Partners in January 2023, Davide was Director and Partner of Signium's Italian office having managed the opening and consolidation of operations in Rome mainly engaged in the areas of executive search, organizational development, leadership consultancy, corporate governance and reputation management.

Previously, he was a Partner at Eric Salmon & Partners, Davide supported the start-up and development of the activities in Rome by conducting various searches for C-level positions in industrial, multi-utilities and services sectors. From 2001 to 2006 he was responsible for communications and external relations of the main national banking group Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (now part of the BNP Paribas Group).

Prior to that, he worked within Microsoft Corporation's EMEA organization as Government Affairs Manager for Southern Europe, managing and coordinating public affairs in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece.

Davide began his career in the field of corporate communications working for the main Italian and international corporate and financial communications consultancy firms, including Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, The Rowland Company, Barabino & Partners. 

Since 2014 he has been the Representative in Rome of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy.

Davide graduated in Modern Literature and Philosophy at the University of Milan. He speaks fluent Italian and English.
