Paola Pagni

Paola Pagni is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Chaberton Partners. With a career spanning over two decades, Paola is a seasoned leader with vast experience in the HR function.

Before joining Chaberton, Paola held the positions of HR Director Italy and Principal at Mercer Italy, where she was part of the executive team. Her experience in Human Resources spans people strategy, talent acquisition, talent management, and executive coaching.

Paola's career includes significant roles at elipsLife Swiss Re Group, KPMG, and McKinsey & Company, where she demonstrated her deep expertise in HR functions. During her career, Paola has played pivotal roles in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and talent development. 

Paola is an ICF Executive Coach, skilled in internal and external client projects with a strong focus and passion for leadership development strategy. She holds an Executive Coaching Certification from Escuela Europea de Coaching. She also holds a degree in philosophy from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
