Cinzia De Giuseppe

Cinzia De Giuseppe is the Chief Financial Officer for Chaberton Partners, bringing with her over two decades of experience in financial leadership roles at renowned corporations such as Yahoo, Amazon, and Adevinta.

Before joining Chaberton Partners, Cinzia served as the CFO and board member for Adevinta Italy, part of a globally recognized online classified group listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. In this role, she contributed to the business model change and finance transformation, building long-term financial planning and sustainable growth, governance and compliance, and leading operational innovation.

Prior to her tenure at Adevinta, Cinzia held the position of CFO at Freeda Media, where she was responsible for establishing the group finance function in relevant countries, bank relationships, FP&A tool implementation, investor relationships, VC funding, team management and coaching, corporate governance, and long-term business planning.

Additionally, Cinzia served as SVP Finance at Markwins Beauty Brands, overseeing finance, legal, HR, and building the start-up for international business expansion. This included major initiatives such as ERP system implementation, team building, and international finance operations management.

Cinzia's comprehensive financial background is further enhanced by significant roles at BuyVIP, Buongiorno S.p.A., Yahoo! Italia, and Roche Italia, culminating in a solid foundation formed at KPMG as a senior auditor, where she honed her skills in financial analysis and controlling.

She holds a degree in Business Economics from the Università degli Studi di Perugia, Italy.
