Graduated in Law at the University of Torino, Christian worked at a law firm before working inhuman resources. In 1999 he joined GATE S.p.A. (part of United Technologies Group) and became the Recruiting, Training and Development Manager for Italy.

He joined Iveco and was afterwards promoted to HR Director for the biggest bus manufacturing plant in Italy. In December 2003, Christian joined Adecco Italy as the HR Director, based in Milan. He shapes the HR processes for the unit and subsequently signs the first national union agreement within the industry in 2004.

In 2005 he was asked to join the Adecco Group Corporate Headquarters in Switzerland as Vice-President of Human Resources.

In 2007 he was promoted to the Group Chief HR Officer and Member of the Adecco Group Executive Committee, in charge of developing and leading the HR strategy for all different Adecco Group businesses units.

He has been a board member of the Talent Mobility Practice of the World Economic Forum for three years starting in 2011.

He joined Pirelli in January 2014 as the Chief HR Officer of the Group reporting to the CEO and Chairman, contributing to its successful turnaround.

Christian founded Chaberton Partners in 2016 and is now leading its growth, focusing on the selection of CEOs and Board members.

Massimo Picca

Born in Milan and raised in Italy and UK, Massimo graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Cattolica University of Milan, and later on pursued a Master degree in HR and Organization at SDA Bocconi.  Massimo Picca lives in Lugano and is fluent in Italian, English and French. During the first part of his career, he has been in charge of recruiting, organization development, merge and integration projects for RCS MediaGroup, Kraft-Mondelez and Coca-Cola.

He has been the HRD at LOréal from 1998 to 2003 and has led the integration process among the different Divisions in Italy.

Since 2004, he has been conducting Executive Search, Assessment and Advisory, with a main focus on the Consumer Sector, following senior international assignments for a wide range of multinational and entrepreneurial Companies.

He has been a Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates, Eric Salmon & Partners and Korn Ferry, and has a particular expertise in FMCG, Cosmetics, Retail, Media and Sport, plus a functional focus in Human Resources.

Companies and leaders in the industry consider him as a trusted advisor and he is frequently requested to express his point of view on organization, career development and human capital through public speech, lectures and articles.

Since 2018 he has joined Chaberton Partners as Senior Client Partner in charge of Consumer Sector internationally.

Paola Maria Caburlotto

International profile, Paola received her bachelor’s degree in Languages, a Master of Arts in Conferencing Interpreting, a Master in Economics at the University of Genoa and an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth. She lives between Lugano, Milan and Torino and speaks fluently Italian, English and French.

Her professional experience starts in Shipping as Marine Insurance Brokers in Genoa and London where she starts-up the War Risks Market Desk, with different levels of responsibility. From 1992 Paola has worked at several service companies covering different positions within the Strategy and Business development units,  she has worked at Right Management Consultants where she focused on improving  management & organizational change effectiveness and leading their workforce restructuring and turnaround projects.

In 2001 she joins  XDS Inc, an American start-up company that has createed the first cloud computing architecture. At XDS Paola was responsible for the first service development, the team and the organization’s growth. She has been working as a Senior Management Recruiter since 2006, with a focus on Financial Services and Professional & Business Services industries.

She has been a partner in Transearch and in Signium International, where she also focused on Board Positions.

Since 2012 she started the Digital Practice and developed a Research on the evolution and value creation of Big Data and its impact in future Banking and Insurance Organizations. Paola has always been very keen to follow women in their career growth as managers, entrepreneurs, and investors. She is an Advisor for corporations who need her assistance with diversity and works with start-ups to boost their growth.

In 2019 she joins Chaberton Partners as Senior Client Partner in charge of Financial Service and Professional and Business services Practice.

Andrea Giudici

Andrea works to build executive teams and boards that can lead and guide companies as they compete, respond, evolve in fast changing world.

Andrea Giudici advises companies on key executive appointments that will be strategic for their future. Over the past few years, Andrea has been responsible for more than 70 appointments to the executive teams of Fortune 500, private, and family-owned companies. He has also partnered with global organizations to help them identify and recruit top executives to serve on their board.
Andrea has more than 15 years of experience in advising executives during periods of significant change. 

Andrea joins Chaberton Partners from Russell Reynolds Associates, where he was an Executive Director for the past 4 years, and where he contributed to build the technology and digital practice in Italy and across Europe. He focused on leading client assignments in financial services, professional services and other regulated industries. 
Prior to that, Andrea was at Boston Consulting Group, where he was a Principal and a core member of the Financial Institutions, Technology and Organization practices, in the Boston and Milan office. During his eight-year tenure, Andrea specialized in bringing technology to financial institutions, transforming operating models and guiding change management. He was also a member of the Career Development Committee and co-authored a number of articles and white papers. 
Previously, Andrea spent six years with Unicredit inproject management and subject matter expert roles, working in Milan, Warsaw,Prague, Munich.

Andrea holds an MS in electronic engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and he has completed a master’s course at SDA Bocconi. He speaks fluent Italian and English.

Fabrice Teboul is the Chief Marketing Officer of Chaberton Partners 

Over the past 25 years, Fabrice has served in senior marketing leadership roles and has provided advice to the CEOs and boards of directors of global firms in the recruitment, technology, and professional services sectors.

Fabrice, a passionate Human Explorer, has lived in Germany, the United Kingdom, and France. He has held marketing leadership positions in both private and large publicly traded companies, where he led teams of up to 100 people throughout Europe, the UK, and the US. 

As CMO, Fabrice is responsible for our marketing, including branding, content, digital marketing, and the creation of new initiatives. He is working closely with our equity partners, managing directors, and consulting teams to develop the global positioning of our brands.

Fabrice received his executive education from INSEAD and HEC Paris in France, in addition to the London Business School and the Oxford Saïd Business School in the United Kingdom. He belongs to several executive networks.

Olimpia Bisogni

After graduating with her master’s degree in economics from the University of Florence, Olimpia worked for different HR consulting companies.

She joined Euren, part of the InterSearch network, where she led the Florence office and, later on, she joined the Milan office. In 2018 Olimpia was appointed Member of the Board of Directors InterSearch Worldwide and Global Practice Leader Automotive. Olimpia has worked with a variety of multinational clients in the automotive and industrial fields as well as clients from other industries.

Enza Stagni

Enza Stagni has a strong experience in recruiting and human resources management which she achieved by working for several international head hunting companies as Amrop International, Heidrick & Struggles and Eurosearch Consultants.

Furthermore, she has worked in Guccio Gucci (Kering Group) for about 7 years as the Internal Research & Recruiting Manager. At Gucci she has implemented all the processes of direct research and selection of professionals and executives to be introduced at all levels in the organization: employees, middle level managers and top level managers for the entire Gucci Division needs (Retail Italy and Europe, Corporate and Industrial areas).

In addition, she was also in charge of the organization, development and training of Italian Retail employees through day-by-day coordination, HR administrative activities supervision, contracts, litigations management, definition and monitoring of budgets for retail areas.

Starting from 2011, she came back to consultancy, within Eurosearch Consultants and she has designed and launched a worldwide project dedicated to recruiting and organization development in the luxury industry, focused on finding talents and monitoring of the key figures in the organizational structures of the major brands.

While directing her project, she works with international brands, mainly with HQ based in Europe and with production and distribution activities in Italy and in the rest of the world.

After graduating in Business Administration from Bocconi University, Barbara begins her professional career in the newly established international division of an Italian pharmaceutical company. Driven by her passion for international contexts and growing companies, she continued her career in medium-sized groups based in Europe and North/South America, holding corporate roles, including Group CFO, Strategic Finance Business Partner and Business Affairs Director. Throughout her career, Barbara has had a high level of exposure to strategic projects and initiatives such as new market expansions, strategic partnerships, M&A and post integration activity, operational efficiency programs.

Carole Le Meur

Carol holds a master in management at EMLyon Business School, France, where she experienced working for international companies in the US, Asia, and Africa. Throughout her 30 years long career she has kept working internationally in Sales and Marketing for seven years executive search for 5 years and Global Human Resources for the past eighteen years.

As an Executive, Carole graduated from the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, from the Kellogg « Women to the C- Suite » path, as well as from the IMD Board Director programme. She is also a certified Coach from the Insead CCC Executive Master, a Certified Hogan Expert, and a member of several Executive Networks. Carole is a Procter & Gamble, Sanofi Pasteur, Baxter Healthcare and Barry Callebaut alumni, where she grew a Business and Human Resources career up to the C-suite level as CHRO. She operated for listed multinationals as well as family businesses, out of Europe, USA and APAC.

She has been known throughout her career as a professional who is dedicated to identify and nurture Top Talent, shape Diverse International Culture and Teams, and build effective HR organizations in global environments. Carole will support Boards, CEOs, Executive Committees and their CHROs with their International Executive Search and Succession Advisory. She especially focuses on companies that need growth, innovation and transformation with a focus on Healthcare, Consumer and fast evolving global organizations in Technology and Private Equity.

Erika Perez

Born in Turin, Erika studied between Turin and Amsterdam obtaining the International Baccalaureate in Geneva, then she enriched her university studies at the University of Amsterdam graduating in Foreign Languages and Literature and discussing a research thesis she wrote while attending the University of Miami. She has a master’s degree in enterprise management, Finance & Accounting from SDA Bocconi and speaks fluent Italian, English and French. She started her professional career in the HR field, in Fiat Gesco, dealing with management, selection, organizational development and restructuring. In 2005, she contributed to the launch in Italy of Robert Half International, an American company specialized in the search and selection of Executive and Middle Management profiles in the Finance & Accounting field. During this professional experience, she holds first level management positions, developing the CFO Practice & Industrial working alongside many leading companies, both nationally and internationally, investment funds to boost their growth, turnaround, internationalization and innovation. In 2013, she joined Hays as Director to launch the Executive division on the Italian market and develop some of the operational branches located on the territory. From 2016 to 2019, she has been the HR & Communication Director South Europe of ITT Corporation – Motion Technologies leading an important change management path, together with the development and implementation of the people strategy. In 2019, she takes the role of General Manager of EXAR to support its development and organizational growth, managing firsthand projects related to Diversity & Inclusion issues. She participated in the creation of surveys in the Finance & Accounting area on compensation issues, as well as taking part in industry specific events as a speaker.  In January 2022, Erika joins Chaberton Partners as Client Partner with responsibility on CFO Practice & Industrial.

Roberta Rachello

We are glad to welcome Roberta Rachello joining Chaberton Partners as Client Partner for Information Technology & Digital and Financial Services practices 

Roberta holds a master’s degree in Economics from Bocconi University and studied International Management at ESADE University. She is a certified Professional Coach.

Her professional experience started in 1992 at Andersen Consulting as consultant in the London office working on organisational design and business process reengineering.
In 1996 she moved to the Milan office and in 1997 she joined A.T. Kearney following and contributing to the successful start-up of the Financial Services Division. Driven by the desire to identify key talents to “make things happen”, in 2001 she followed the start-up of the executive search division. In this period, she supported the European CEO in the Key Account strategy definition and managed pan-European searches.

In 2006, Roberta joined Management Search, following high-level research and organisational benchmarking in the Financial Services and Information Technology practices.
In 2013, she moved to Value Search being responsible for the creation of the Financial Services practice with a strong focus on Digital & Innovation and in 2017 joined EXS where she was responsible for the successful start-up of the technology and digital practice.

Roberta joins Chaberton Partners in September 2022 as Client Partner for Information Technology & Digital and Financial Services practices focusing on executive search, managerial appraisal, and leadership development activities.  
Roberta supports clients in aligning their organisation with the corporate strategy and in finding key people to support the company’s growth and the achievement of strategic goals. Roberta also supports clients on diversity topics.

Barbara has more than 25 years of experience and has developed her professionalism in the world of Executive Search, Leadership Evaluation and Coaching in various Head Hunting companies, such as Elan, Key2People and EXS, where she was involved in the development of the Industrial and FMCG practice, supporting Customers in managerial transformation and generational succession.

Her main aim is addressed to Companies and Managers / C-Levels, in promoting cultural and organizational changes, therefore able to express an evolution with a view to improvement and innovation, always keeping the Person at the centre.

Distinguished by strong pragmatism and entrepreneurial spirit, she has been involved in the start-up of branches and the transformation of companies in the role of Partner and Managing Director, through business integration.

Mikko Sinisalo

Born in Finland, Mikko has lived most of his life abroad: USA, France, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, and Italy and is hence fluent in several languages. He completed academic studies in Human Nutrition with BSc at Cornell University, New York and MSc at University of Helsinki, Finland. After a few years in pre-clinical and clinical research in USA, Finland and France, Mikko joined Sandoz/Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Finland.

While working with Novartis for 32 years, Mikko has covered several roles at a country, regional and global level with increasing leadership in Medical, Marketing, Sales, General Management and Human Resources, including Global Brand Director the HQ, Head of Marketing Oncology, in Germany, and Oncology General Manager in Poland.

Mikko has led Region Europe Talent Management functions as well as held HR Head roles in different Region Europe clusters and in Novartis Pharma Switzerland. In his role at corporate C&B, he led the development of company job levelling system, which was implemented globally in all functions and units, and which earned him an institutional Individual Achievement Award in 2013.

Mikko has a passion for developing high performing teams. He is a certified facilitator of several methodologies in team dynamics and behavior styles as well as a certified workplace mediator. When designing organizational development initiatives his key success factor is always to start from the solid understanding of business requirements and needs Mikko continues to leverage in his Advisor role at Chaberton Partners.


Olivier Lemaitre

Olivier Lemaitre started his career in Poland during 3 years as a Financial Controller for Renault Trucks, before joining PageGroup in Paris as a recruitment consultant. Since then, Olivier qualifies himself as a “recruiter for life”. He moved to Brazil to open offices in Sao Paolo and Rio de Janeiro, where he stayed 3 years. He moved then back to Europe, where he stayed 11 years in Germany developing all brands of the Group and opening Austria, Poland, Switzerland and Russia. From 2012 to 2018, Olivier led the continental Europe business of Page by transforming the culture and the operating model, making Europe the best performing region for the Group.
He joined in 2018 The Adecco Group to lead Adecco France, before joining Alten in 2020 and transform their German business.
Olivier is graduated from the European Business Scholl, and several Executive Education program (IMD, Harvard BS…), speaks English, German, French and Portuguese and is passionated about mountain sports, wine, sport cars, political sciences…and Olympique de Marseille.

Gianluca Scarpa

Born in Salerno in 1983 and raised in Milan.

Gianluca Scarpa began his work experience at the CUS (University sports center) as Head of the sports areas of the University of Milan. After studying Law, Gianluca joined an international Recruiting company in January 2011, specializing in Finance profiles.

In five years, thanks to managerial growth and great professional achievements, he advanced from the role of Manager to Senior Manager and subsequently, Head of the division; he was also in charge of the Tax & Legal division. In October 2016, within the same group, he was given the responsibility of the Banking & Insurance, Tax & Legal and HR divisions focusing on Middle Management profiles.

In September 2017, Gianluca was appointed as the Head of Assessment, enlarging his area of interest to Human Capital Consulting Services. Gianluca joined Chaberton Partners in October 2018, taking the leadership of Finance, Banking & Insurance divisions for Chaberton Professionals. He will contribute also to the development of Chaberton Advisory. Gianluca is bilingual in Italian and English.

Riccardo Florio

Riccardo Florio joined Chaberton Partners in April 2017.

He leads the brand Chaberton Professionals with a cross functional scope both from the geographical side and from a practices” point of view. He is responsible for Switzerland, Italy, Spain and Portugal covering the Industrial practice, with a focus on Chemicals, Machinery & Industrial Technology, Automotive, Logistics & Supply Chain market segments as well as Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods.

Prior to joining Chaberton Partners, Riccardo served for five years as the Head of the industrial practice in Italy for an international middle management recruiting firm. He was able to become the main consultant for customers that are looking to excel in their competitive arena, as well as strengthening and reinforcing their image and brand identity in line with their performance.

Riccardo earned a MSc in Management, and his bachelor’s in international economics and Finance from the University Luigi Bocconi in Milan. He studied at University of New York and University of New South Wales in Sydney. His native language is Italian, and he is fluent in English.

Stefano joins Chaberton Partners in October 2021 leading Sales & Marketing, Retail, Digital and IT practices across multiple industries within the Southern Europe region for Chaberton Professionals.

He leads these divisions, across the different operating sectors, while his personal area of specialization is Consumer Goods.

Before joining Chaberton Partners, Stefano worked for 10 years in one of the leading international Middle Management Search and Selection companies, and has been the Head of Sales & Marketing and Retail Divisions for Northern Italy. In this role he was a point of reference for national and international clients, supporting them in the implementation of their organizational strategies.

Stefano holds a Masters Degree in Management from Bocconi University in Milan, after successfully completing a three-year course in Business Administration at the same university.

He had the opportunity to study abroad for some time at the University of California and Los Angeles and the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Mexico).

Stefano is fluent in English and Italian and has a good knowledge of Spanish.


Luis Granato

Luis, Brazilian and Swiss national, holds a bachelors degree in business administration and MBA in Finance and Management. He had also the opportunity to live in the United States to finish his high school on an Exchange/ Sports Scholarship program. Luis speaks fluent English, Portuguese, Spanish and a good base of German.

The first part of his career, he spent on various Sales & Marketing functions on renowned companies such as Roche, Bayer and later joining the Corporate Talent Trainee program at Mondelez where he had the opportunity to work across different business units, developing therefore his holistic understanding of a company.

In 2009, he joined an important Global Player of the Recruitment Industry, Page Group/ Michael Page in LatAm, Sao Paulo. There Luis was recognized as one of the companys talents and given the opportunity to relocate to Switzerland in 2015 to lead some of the key practices of the company. Luis possesses over 12 years of experience in Recruitment/ Executive Search between LatAm and Europe leading teams and direct searches within various sectors.

Luis Granato joins Chaberton in June 2021 as the Managing Director of Chaberton Professionals with the mandate to lead and expand the business in the DACH region, offering to his clients and candidates a high-quality level of service supported by a specialized and professional team.

Dr. Louise Duerr

Louise was born in London, completed her studies with PhD in Pharmacology (Physiological Pharmacokinetics) at the University of Basel and Novartis. Fluent in English, German and French, Louise spent the first part of her career in clinical development roles at the headquarters of Serono, as Clinical Director at Medtronic HQ and at Roche Pharma, Basel in Clinical Oncology.

In 2010 Louise built the Life Sciences Executive Search and Recruitment Practice as Managing Partner in Basel with a broad focus within Manufacturing, MS&T and Quality roles in Biotech, Pharma and Diagnostics in addition to extensive placements in senior Medical, Clinical, Market Access and Commercial roles within Oncology and Rare Diseases for the Pharma and Medical Device sector. Louise joined as the first Partner for the Healthcare Life Sciences Practice of Page Executive in 2019 in Zürich and contributed to building the brand at a European level.

Louise joined Chaberton Partners as Director of the Healthcare Life Sciences DACH in June 2021 and leverages her 25 yearsexperience in the Life Sciences market. Passionate about new technologies, Louise is also increasingly involved in contributing to transformation digital projects within R&D as well in the commercial area in EMEA.

Thomas Sroussi

Born near Paris, Thomas is French, graduated with two master’s degrees in business and Sports marketing. He worked for the last 15 years in Switzerland.

At the beginning of his career and after an entrepreneurial period, Thomas started working in the Education industry, he used support students to align their studies with companies apprenticeship programs and he then became the Business School Director already advising young professionals in their career goals.

After 4 years, he joined an international recruitment agency in Geneva supporting the Sales & Marketing units for middle and Senior Management profiles search in all industries. Growing from a Consultant to a Manager up to a Director level, he could develop recruitment consulting teams in the following Divisions: Procurement & Supply Chain, Healthcare & Lifesciences, Property & Construction, Engineering, Interim Management, Office Management Support, maintaining a consistent recruitment activity within Sales & Marketing area.

After 9 years, Thomas decided to take embrace a different area of the recruitment industry and joined the Swiss leading company in Career Transition and Mobility supporting on one side companies to align their talent versus their need but also supporting candidates providing them reality check and job search support. This experience allowed him to build a strong network within the HR community but also to better understand the candidate journey through their job search.

After 5 years, Thomas was willing to focus on what he loves to do and on his main skills which are supporting organization in their recruitment needs and building and developing teams in this area. 

Thomas joins Chaberton Professionals in January 2022 as Senior Director for the Western part of Switzerland, leading Geneva office.

Corrado Krenn

Corrado was born and raised in Austria. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Webster University Vienna, studying abroad in the United States for several semesters. Alongside his studies, he has worked at various consulting as well as sales organisations, finding his later vocation.
Always looking for a new challenge, he started his career in recruitment at an international management search firm. Corrado built up the Banking, Financial Services and Legal practises and very quickly rose from Consultant to Executive Manager, leading multiple teams. His next step took him to the Austrian branch of one of the largest recruitment companies worldwide, where he held the role of Director. The following years he has successfully participated in scaling up and reorganizing the Austrian business.
Corrado joins Chaberton Professionals in May 2022, as Director for the D.A.CH region, heading the Austrian branch, setting up and establishing the business.
His proven track record of almost ten years in the field of management and high-level search has earned him a reputation in the D.A.CH region for a highly regarded professional in the banking, finance and legal fields, being able to call multiple top tier banks and law firms his clientele.
Corrado maintains a very close relationship to his customers, working with most of them for the better part of his career. He believes that the only way to make a difference in this industry is through building partnerships, where one sees eye to eye with their clients, and the only way to gain this trust and respect is to consistently deliver the highest quality outputs, with no exception.

Youenn Maupu

Youenn is a French National living in Lausanne. He graduated from Polytech Annecy-Chambéry in France with a master’s degree in Material Science.

After graduating, Youenn started his professional career in the railway industry, joining an international company as a development engineer, where he acquired good knowledge of the technical field. 

After his experience on the industrial environment, he moved into the recruitment industry and was hired to setup the engineering practice in a well-known international recruitment firm. Youenn evolved towards a managerial path and was finally hired in 2019 to consolidate and expand the footprint of another recruitment company in the operations practice (Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain, Healthcare and Life Sciences), managing a team of 10 individuals. Youenn developed these divisions focusing on large international companies as well as local Swiss SME’s, to establish long-term partnerships in key recruitment projects. His clients were mainly the major industrial players in Switzerland, which allowed him to gain a deep understanding of the industry and the different roles related to it, offering Permanent and Interim management recruitment solutions.
