We closely follow the onboarding process for each new hire and provide assistance to both the new hires and the company, especially during the first months, to ensure each professional can easily settle in. As a matter of fact, we commit to fully repeat the selection process in the rare event that a new hire leaves within the 18 months after the position is filled.
