Anna Tajchman

Anna Tajchman is Principal of the Sales & Marketing practice at Chaberton Professionals since July 2025.

With deep expertise in the Furniture, Design & Contract sector and a strong international network, she supports medium and large companies — from family-owned businesses to industrial groups owned by investments funds — in the search and selection of key profiles for commercial transformation and international development projects.

She joined Chaberton in 2022 as Executive Manager for the North-East region, where she launched the Furniture & Design specialization, contributing to the distinctive positioning of the practice and representing Chaberton at Design Week every year. Under her leadership, the practice has handled strategic mandates in Italy and abroad, placing high-impact professionals in middle and top management roles.

Before joining Chaberton, Anna gained experience at a specialized consulting boutique and later at a multinational recruitment firm, where she managed Sales & Marketing assignments across the Triveneto area. Her career path has been both rapid and consistent: in five years, she progressed from Consultant to Executive Manager, standing out for her leadership, vision, and delivery capabilities.

She holds a degree in Languages from the University of Krakow and graduated with honors in Modern Philology from the University of Padua in 2014. Italian by origin and Polish by education, she speaks Italian, Polish, and English fluently. She has been living in Padua for over fifteen years.
