Grégoire Conquet

Grégoire Conquet is Director of Chaberton Professionals in Paris, where he leads the development of Interim Management activities and strengthens expertise in the recruitment of senior executives and experts of finance.

He began his career at Michael Page as Regional Director, supervising recruitment operations in France and Canada. He then joined the Adecco group, where he played a central role in creating and developing Badenoch + Clark, and later in its transformation under the LHH brand. This international experience gave him a global perspective and a multicultural approach to recruitment challenges.

Grégoire gradually specialized in interim management development, anticipating the needs of a rapidly evolving market where stakeholder expectations and the framework for exercising functions have significantly evolved.

His approach combines technical excellence, service-mindedness, and human orientation, effectively supporting clients and candidates in their transformation projects.

A native French speaker, Grégoire is fluent in English and German.
