Anthony Maldera

Anthony joined Chaberton Professionals in 2025 to develop the interim management practice in Lyon, leveraging the firm’s well-established presence in Paris. 

A graduate of a Master’s program in Management, he began his professional career in financial audit at one of the Big Four firms. After three audit seasons, he transitioned into recruitment by joining an Anglo-Saxon executive search firm. Over five years, he supported clients in Audit, Consulting, and Finance functions, first in Paris and later in Montreal.

Upon returning to France, he joined a generalist Paris-based recruitment firm, where he opened the Lyon office a year later. He then joined Badenoch+Clark in 2013, where he steadily advanced over 12 years in both operational and leadership roles, ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer.

A former high-level rugby player, Anthony is passionate about sports and is fluent in English.
