Mathieu has over 15 years of experience in people development. Before joining Ganci Partners, he was responsible for recruitment within the banking sector. Entrepreneur at heart, he also founded a training centre in the field of finance.

Mathieu holds a degree in banking, an Executive MBA and a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Skills and Competencies Development. He speaks fluent French and English.
