Olimpia Bisogni

Olimpia Bisogni is a Senior Client Partner Chaberton Partners, where she joined in 2020.

At Chaberton Partners, Olimpia is focused on the Automotive and Industrial sectors. She partners with multinational clients and advises them on Executives' scouting strategies and business growth plans, by managing Executive Search projects both for Corporate functions and Operations in the EMEA Region. 

Olimpia has over 20 years of experience and a proven track record in global recruitment projects and Key Account management of large corporations. 

Strongly focused on Clients’ needs with a tailor-made approach and people-centricity perspective, she also represents an Advisor to entrepreneurs, supporting them in managerial transformation projects. 

She is an Economics and Business Management graduate from the University of Florence and has developed a distinguished career with prominent HR consulting companies. 

At Euren, part of the InterSearch network, she held different roles becoming the Head of the Milan Office partnering with various multinationals, internationally. 

In 2018 she was appointed as Member of the Board of Directors at InterSearch Worldwide and became the Global Practice Leader for the Automotive sector. 

Olimpia lives in Lugano and speaks fluently Italian, English and Spanish.
