Virginie Lleu

Virginie Lleu co-leads the Healthcare and Life Science practice at Chaberton Partners, joining in 2023 through the integration of L3S, a leading French executive search firm in healthcare and life sciences she founded in 2010, into Chaberton Partners.

With over 25 years of experience in executive search and human resources consulting within the healthcare sector, Virginie has held key roles with global executive search firms, including Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart.

In her consulting roles, Virginie has advised clients on the recruitment of a wide range of corporate positions—from HR to General Management, including CEO roles— across functions like Finance, R&D, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory.

In 2003, Virginie founded L2S, a leading French executive search firm in healthcare, which she expanded significantly before selling to Whitehead Mann in 2008. Post-acquisition by Korn Ferry, she led its Life Sciences Practice in Europe. In 2010, she established L3S to become a key player in the French healthcare and life sciences executive search market.

Virginie holds a post-graduate diploma in Clinical Psychology and began her career as a Neuro-Psychologist in Paris. She contributes to the scientific and healthcare communities, serving as a board member for “La Fondation Fondamental”, a mental health organization, and MedinCell, a highly innovative firm dedicated to global health innovation.
